The Paleo way of life encourages the eating of food that is in it’s most natural form. This extends to not only the food we consume but the food that animals eat too.
In an ideal world everything we’d eat would be organic.
You’d probably want to opt for

- seasonal fruits and vegetables and
Of course it’s not always that easy. Depending on where you live, what you love to eat and the price, eating organic is not always going to be realistic.
If you are seeking to follow a Paleo way of life, and you cannot access organic food, or afford it, it should not impact upon your weight loss efforts at all.
