Life is fast.   1.  Acceptance – Accept that life does not always give what you want and we need to accept others – their looks, their behaviours and their beliefs.
  2. Advice – Consider the best piece of advice you have ever been given and ponder it.
  3. Affirmations – Tell yourself ‘I am strong’ , ‘I can do it’
  4. Appreciate – Write down the all the things you’re thankful for and try to appreciate the simple things in life.
  5. Beliefs – Embrace your beliefs. Religious or other. Draw on them. Remember that with them you have reached this far, so dig deep and believe they can continue to take you on the right path.
  6. Bubble – Imagine you are in a protective bubble.
  7. Change – Be open to change and accept that change happens and we need to learn how to work with it, not against it.
  8. Charity – Choose your favorite charity and donate.
  9. Childhood memories – Recall a fun childhood time where you hung out with your friends.
